Are you using Mozilla Firefox.
If so ensure you have the latest Java Runtime Add on
https://addons.mozil...x/browse/type:7

and ensure you have the latest Firefox if you do NOT
http://www.mozilla.c...-US/firefox/fx/

If you are not on Firefox 4 . Download that, check how it is and if necessary install the latest Java ad-on.
