Cmd is missing most commands

SO... In cmd several commands don't work. Like a lot don't work. I think I am having path trouble and maybe something with environment variables. These dont work: shutdown, Ipconfig, net, help,EVERYTHING IN HELP does not work But path does work so theirs a start. My computer operates pefectly normally otherwise and with high capacity. Help

I presume you're running Windows 7.

Everything you've listed does work from the DOS prompt, but we need more information on what you're trying to do.
