Okay so heres the problem: Whenever I turn the laptop on it loads the Dell Inspiron Logo, but then it goes straight to "Windows Error Recovery", then if I choose either Launch Startup Repair, or Start Windows Normally, it freezes at the Dell "Microsoft Operation" part then takes me to a 640 x 480 screen, unlike the normal 800 x 960 pixel screen, and won't show anything but a my desktop background and a mouse pointer.

My system Specs: Dell Inspiron N4010

I've had this Laptop for not even a year, maybe 4 months, and all of a sudden its messed up already.

Many Thanks for any information or slight help you could give.

Hi Nasuska :)
It is possible that either the HDD is bad or the OS has become damaged/corrupt.

I've had this Laptop for not even a year, maybe 4 months, and all of a sudden its messed up already.

If this has happened for no apparent reason consider returning the N4010 under warranty.
Do you have the OS or recovery disk/s that may have been provided with the N4010?
