Have you accessed any files on there since the infection started ? Or is it just a data drive ?

Scan it with Sophos to see if it finds any problems - is it just data on that partition or do you have programmes as well ?

Programmes too. Just reinstalling an anti-virus now but Sophos was throwing up positives from that drive before the recovery.

In that case take any important data off and reformat - do not access any programmes there or you will run the risk of being re-infected
