Open a terminal and run these commands exactly, press Enter after each line:

lspci -vnn > report
iwconfig >> wlreport
iwlist wlan0 scan >> wlreport
nautilus wlreport

A Nautilus window will appear, with a file named "wlreport" in it. Please copy and post the log here.
