When I view e-mails (old and new) the body of the message is blank and the only way I can view it is to open the .txt attachment which is attached.
I've been looking online and found a few people that have had this problem over the years, but I can't find no soloution or no definite explanation.
It seemed to start happening after some Windows Updates, so maybe there's a conflict somewhere?
It's bugging me as to what the problem is!
