Thanks for all the info, I will try it right now. I did see on that thing you had me do last night that my computer is in the bottom 20-some %, which I guess doesn't surprise me since it's not exactly up to date, but it does normally run fine for me and what I use it for. I really should do what I can to improve it though, I think. I have never bought memory before (as you can probably guess), so would I buy it online and get it that way? That probably sounds like a really stupid question, but I'm not exactly sure.

So I'll try your suggestions and see how it goes. Thanks again for taking the time to help.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 4 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
If so can you explain how it was resolved so others may be able to fix it if they have the same issue.
If not please let us know and we can continue with helping you to resolve the issue.
