Ok so heres the deal my computers hard drive burnt up and so i took my computer to super geeks in honolulu hawaii and they replaced the hard drive. I was running windows 7 64 bit system and since my harddrive was burnt up and they couldnt save any data on the old hard drive and so instead of installing windows 7 they reinstalled vista that originally was installed but with a 32 bit version and i have a 64 bit system. I downloaded the windows 7 starter and upgraded from that and so now the upgrade i purchased will not work because the starter that i downloaded to try windows 7 is no longer available. So if i could just figure out something to do about this issue because some programs are not running correctly and just shut down after attemping to utilize them.

"the starter that i downloaded to try windows 7 is no longer available."

Windows 7 Starter Edition is still available, so I'm not sure what you mean here?
