I installed a belkin usb 2.0 5-port pci card ([product id f5u2200)into a dell 3000 demension desktop. Windows looks for drivers and cannot find any. I contacted belkin and they stated the product is suppose to work with generic windows usb drivers. I tried placing it in a different slot but got the same result. This computer is running on sp3. Is there is a way to manually install the generic usb drivers or does anyone have a fix to this issue

Any and all answers will be highly appreciated.
