View "list" when opening folder

Is there any way to set windows so when you open a folder, it always opens the "list" view?

This applies to ALL folders.
In a Windows Explorer window:
Switch to List view, then Tools - Folder Options.
In View tab click Apply to all folders.
Click Yes - OK.
