Well the title and sub tell t all. On one of your post that i had subscribed to you recommended a download for scanning the system for errors. That was the result. Then my daughter sent a pix of my father to me and that was the same result.
Anything else that I have attempted to download has had this message and result. My Norton has been uninstalled and the Norton tech tried to install the removal tool via remote session without any success. So, of course, I am considering whether this is Norton related ??

I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found HERE. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.
