Windows Live/MSN Not working?

so last night my DNS server randomly stopped working and I had to flush my dns server (that didn't work anyway) so I waited about an hour and it started working again, I went on msn (which I had been using when my server disconnected) and no one had display pictures, This morning I went on msn and It was fine, Now I just recieved a message that was sent to me HALF AN HOUR ago and I tried to reply but it said "not all messages can be recieved by recipent" I've tried flushing my Dns server again and registering it, i've tried uninstalling, i've tried "repairing", Msn works fine on my mums computer, also I can still talk to people using my chat thing in my email inbox, Also it is showing everyone offline, help?
