hi there. i want to backup everything in my computer. my pc got 4 user account. how can i backup all our files/folder (everything except the operating system)??? if i go to c: then i click users then i back up everything that is listed there is that it??? thanks in advance

The method you suggest is certainly the quickest and simplest way if you don't intend to back up the operating system or installed applications.

Yes the built in Backup and Restore is very good. Also you can choose to make a System Repair disc which will allow you to boot off it, find the backup on your USB drive, and restore it. Very quick restore times.
