I have another one of these computers in the house that is another child s.. a tech savy 14 yr old but it is bogged down and running slow and has memory issues. If I want you to help me with that one should I just start a new post for it?

OTL wont run on this other machine

I must admit I can see no reason why it will not run - have you tried in safe mode ?

The AVP log looked OK - are there any other symptoms with this machine ?

Once done I can take the other one on if you wish

This machine said virtual memory was low yesterday?? Other than that it seems ok to me.

And that is the only thing the other machine has besides OTL not running

To cure the virtual memory go to this MS website and about halfway down is a fixit button - press that and run the small programme
