random reboots and freezes in Windows XP [CLOSED]

Am having Random reboots and freezes In a Windows XP SP2 system. The computer is a Viper Matrix Modle 2020 with 512 MB Ram and 100 GIG HD. I don't think it's a heat related problem since I have 2 system fans running and both are working. I would like to post my Hijack This Log and see if you all can tell me if there is anything I should be concerned about. If not I will assume that I have a failing HD or Power Supply.
