Internet Explorer keeps crashing

I am trying to help a friend with their computer. Every time she startes IE, it crashes, and asks to send a report to Microsoft. You can still use IE, if you ignore the pop-up window, but its getting frustrating. She also has Netscape loaded - could it be conflicts between the 2? This is a brand new computer, running XP and IE 6.02. PLease help!

Sending the reports to MicroSoft could help others in the future, but not yourself right now.

Click on details in the error window and post them here.
Then we may be able to help you.
