Is there a free downloadable OS for gateway pc that has been partition

I would like to totally restore my system to factory settings but its been partitioned and I do not have that feature I've tried F8,ALT&F10 but still I get nothing.

Nope you will need to contact Gateway for a set of Recovery disks. Normal cost is usually less then 50 dollars.

Here are the Gateway Recovery Instructions.

1. Reboot, and press F11 or the R key to start the recovery process.
2. Select either "Full System Restore (Destructive)" or "Full System Restore (With Backup)"*.
3. Click "Next", and then click "Yes" to confirm the recovery process.
4.Wait for the computer to restore itself. When it is done, click "Reboot" to reboot the computer.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 22 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
