XP DLL error Help needed

Whenever I start my computer this comes up and locks up everything. I can get it to go away by hitting the red X several times. My computer was just cleaned and was operating perfectly until a few weeks ago when this started.
What can I do to fix it. I do not have a copy of XP, it did not come with the machine.

DLL c:\ PROGRA - 1 \ window-\datamngr.dll is not a valid windows image.
