I'm currently a student attending college at a university that seems to be quite strict in regards to illegal downloading of media. I am using a download manager called 'Orbit Downloader' to download various materials, and I am wondering whether or not this download manager functions as a peer-to-peer application that allows for other users to access and download files from my computer. Also, is there any way that this program would stand out from other "regular" downloading activities if the network I'm connected to is being monitored?
