Windows 7 Ultimate BSOD repeated error

I have been having consistent crashes with BSOD "caused" by tcpip.sys

I have memchecked my system memory (4gb) and there were no errors

Hi Kenilworthhammer :)
Have you checked the Device Manager for any hardware with either a yellow exclamation mark or red X next to them?
You may have driver conflicts, worth checking for solutions @ http://support.micro...com/fixit/en-us

Thanks for the response - at present in Device Manager I am showing no conflicts - I had disabled my Broadcom wireless lan (to identify whether I could avoid BSOD and touch would it did|)and so am waiting to see whether a conflict come sup.
I do recall I did see a flag as you describe but cant remember where - will report back if I can identify
