Just install from the repository normally, I guess?
Install the applet (network-manager-gnome), everything should follow in order.

Repository? I tried getting it from online. I moved it to my flash drive and to my debian OS (as it does not yet have internet). After attempting to install it, I was greeted with a "dependencies needed". By repository, do you mean the entire package or a source in which I am getting it from?

"Repository" is a source of software packages.
What Debian version are you running?
In Squeeze and later you will have to manually configure Network Manager to use it with your network interface.
