Windows not genuine after update

Thanks again for all your help! I hope Microsoft can help fix this :) I know this computer was bought brand new and came with windows already installed so Im hoping for an easy fix :unsure: Also, thanks for all the tips/advice you leave me with. Thanks again for your time and effort put into my issue. Have a great rest of your day
