help with blue screen virus

Hi, I have a laptop using Windows 7 and the blue screen virus keeps crashing my computer. I tried the smitfraudfix but after it didn't work I saw its not intended for Windows 7. Is there another download that will fix this virus? I have run scans in malwarebytes and microsoft security essentials and when the scan can complete without the blue screen crashing it the scan is clean. I ran combofix and attached its report but unfortunately I am not advanced enough to know what it says or how to fix it. I'm looking for the easiest solution such as a spyware download that can remove this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
