I strongly advise you to edit your post and delete your email.
You are likely to attract all sorts of spam.

Can you connect to any webpage or is it redirected to a page you have not asked for.
Is your home page changed.

Try running IE without Add-ons (click on Start then Run, type iexplore -extoff and press Enter), see if things work better. If so then one of the Add-ons is causing the problem.

Click on Tools / Manage Add-ons. Disable a few at a time until you find the one causing the problem, then uninstall it or leave it disabled. Enable the other ones you disabled.

Try it with FireFoxand see if the same thing happens. If it does then it's a global Windows problem (are you usig XP?). If not it's an IE specific problem.

May I suggest after trying the last from Ztruker that you also try
Start, run type cmd
In the window that opens at the prompt type ping www.google.com
See if it will return 4 packets sent and 4 received . 0 lost.
You could also try pinging the ip of google
209.85.146.147
that is ping and that ip address.

If that returns OK it may be worth while flushing your dns cache.
that is at the same command prompt
ipconfig /flushdns

You whould receive a reply dns successfully flushed. The purpose of this is to enable you to connnect to the site without using the cache of previously unsuccesful attempts

If this does not work I would try a Winsockfix

Further to the above if you are not aware of the ipconfig and ping commands and there purpose you may find this useful for the future.
