Network Password Pop Up

I have a computer on our network that is having the dreaded "Enter Network Password" pop up. It will not save the password. I have tried deleting profile, account, even reinstalled Office. Which is 2003 version on an XP Pro OS. I have also tried the registry fixes from here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290684), but had no luck so far. Any other suggestions? This person is driving me crazy!
