When I am animating in flash, after I do a "trace bitmap" Flash 8 starts having lag attacks, then I hear my cpu fan speed up. Then a few minutes after that my computer restarts out of nowhere. I have no USB flash drives connected to my computer, all my anti-virus softwares are up to date, all of my drivers are updated. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to solve this issue?

Hi, welcome to GeeksToGo.

Give Whocrashed a try, see what it tells you. My first guess would be a problem with your video driver.

Please provide some system specs.

Make and model of computer
Make and model of video card
Kind of RAM and how much
Hard drive size and free space
