Freezing Computer & mouse

I ran the OTL scan on my computer and got a report. The awful thing is that I have no idea what to do with that report! The info that the tutorial gives is so overwhelming I just gave up! I did save the report to my computer, but is there anyone out there who can give me a simple fix for this problem? It actually SEEMS like the mouse is freezing, then the computer kicks into high gear and the whole thing freezes. I have hit the power button to shut it off. I cannot be on the computer for ten minutes without it happening! Please! Someone help a girl out!
