Hello everyone, for quite sometime I'm having very annoying Blue screen of deaths, they sometimes happen when I'm playing Warcraft 3 and sometimes when I'm watching video clips on internet,
I have seen some topics but I'm a 'noob' when it comes about fixing errors, viruses or anything with computer,
to get on topic, I have two different blue screens
BSoD happens so fast that I can't read what is says so I searched minidumps with BlueScreenView and I found this

1st BSoD;

Spoiler

2nd BSoD

Spoiler

If you need any other information or demand just say I'll be watching this thread a lot
my system specs are: Intel quad core q8200 @2.33GHz,Nvidia 8500 GT 1gb, 4 gb ram

Best of regards
Emperor

0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

The first BSOD is self explanatory and is telling you the RtkHDAud.sys+6ba7b which belongs to the Realtek® High Definition Audio Function Driver is the cause of the issue.

Did you recently update this driver?
I also see HERE you have a open Malware topic. Now this is a problem as we can't assist with this if the malware topic is active also. I suggest you follow that topic to completion and when done and the Tech has declared your system clean we can then continue here with this issue.

No I didn't update that driver

Is it possible to add this thread to top priority instead of that malware since , I'm very active gamer and that blue screen is causing me headaches

PS I didn't get it how should I fix it ( BSoD )
Thanks !

The easiest way to check it is to go into Control Panel to Device Manager. Do the following and let me know.

Please Go to

1: START and the click on RUN
2: Type in devmgmt.msc
3: Click Enter

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

I closed the topic for you but you will need to then request it to be reopen later. I can't guarantee what we do here will resolve the issue if it is caused by a underlining infection.
I'm sorry to hear about your issue. We will try to help you resolve this as soon as possible.
  • Please understand we are all volunteers and we are not here all the time.
  • Sometimes it may be a extended amount of time to get back to you. If it has been
more then 3 days please shoot me a PM and I will try to get back to you quickly
    then.
  • Do not attempt any steps unless instructed or ask before to
make sure they will not cause any further issues.

OK oddly enough everything looks good in Device Manager so we need to look else where for the issue.
So I can get a better view of the BSOD's you are receiving please do the following.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Thanks to Broni for the instructions and program

anyway thanks for quick reply.

EDIT: I have a theory, when I play without sound on in game I don't get BSoD, and sometimes when I do use sounds I get it but not in all games

As I stated before the errors point to your HD sound driver.
Is this a custom built system and if so do you have a drivers disk that came with the motherboard?

OK we may have to reload the audio drivers but before I would like to run a couple of diagnostics.
Go to

Start and then to Run
Type in Chkdsk /r Note the space between k and /
Click Enter ...It will probably ask if you want to do this on the next reboot...click Y
If the window doesn't shutdown on its own then reboot the system manually. On reboot the system will start the chkdsk operation
This one will take longer then chkdsk /f

Note... there are 5 stages...
It may appear to hang at a certain percent for a hour or more or even back up and go over the same area...this is normal...
DO NOT SHUT YOUR COMPUTER DOWN WHILE CHKDSK IS RUNNING OR YOU CAN HAVE SEVERE PROBLEMS
This can take several hours to complete.
When completed it will boot the system back into windows.

Reboot after your done running chkdsk /r...
then Go to Start...Run and type: eventvwr.msc press Enter
When Event Viewer opens, click on Applications... then scroll down to Winlogon and double-click on it. This is the log created after running Checkdisk...copy and paste the log back here

We will advise after studying the log.

Download Speedfan (The download link is to the right), and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows.
The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.
To make sure we are getting all the correct information it would help us if you were to attach a screenshot like the one below of your Speedfan results.

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard.
  • It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
  • Now go to Start and then to All Programs
  • Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
  • In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
  • Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
  • Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop
  • Attach it to your next reply

OK plenty of room on both partitions so space is not the issue.
Try the following.

Download Autoruns from the link in my signature below:

1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.
2: Double-click the "Autoruns.exe".
3: Click on the "Everything" tab
4: Remove any entries that mention "File Not Found" by right-clicking the entry and select Delete.
5: Go to File then to Export As or Save in some versions.
6: Save AutoRuns.txt file to known location like your Desktop.
7: Attach to your next reply.
