Not sure but it looks to be a video issue but Microsoft has a hotfix for it HERE

EDIT:

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.


Should I still try to download that hotfix? 'cause mine is kinda different

It won't hurt anything and may even resolve the watchdog issue.
After that the other errors we can work with.

OK I just tried to get the hotfix and it doesn't seem to be working right now.
Once it is you click on the download hotfix at the top left of that page. You should get a window that asks if you want to Save or Run the hotfix. Choose Run.
This should auto install the hotfix for you.
BTW what SP are you running? SP2 or SP3

OK so you are up to date on that. All windows updates are current especially any critical updates?
