Yesterday Internet Explorer started redirecting me to sites such as search engines and ad pages, even if I typed in a direct web address. I updated AVG 10.0 free edition and ad-aware and ran both applications. At that time AVG only found 2 files, one of which it moved to the vault (C:\Documents and Settings\Heather Wilson\Local Settings\Temp\0fc2d1b.cpl, Trojan horse crypt.AIJY), the other it could not (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\netbt.sys Trojan horse BackDoor.generic13.BKVZ “object is white-listed (critical/system file that should not be removed. Last night, Ad-aware said it deleted all worrisome files. After running both applications, the redirecting was not as frequent, but still occurred. This morning AVG detected 71 infections and moved them all to the virus vault except for the same one mentioned above that could not be removed. This afternoon, I attempted to open AVG, and the main page states “! there are no active components” and it does not allow me to update or run a scan. My Ad-Aware application won’t even open now, instead it gives me an error message “failed to connect to service.” My Windows Security Center says that no virus protection is found. I just downloaded Malwarebytes and Windows Security alerted me to the security risk of using the software, which has popped up a few times the last 2 days for applications I know not to be at risk, so I chose to “unblock” and allow the application. After a full system scan, 6 objects were found and deleted, but the same issues still persist, even after rebooting. I downloaded OTL and have listed the results below.

I’m not sure if it is related or not, but a few times in the last few weeks I have attempted to play a music file I saved from my fiancés computer with multiple songs using windows media player. The application was really slow and I would receive a blue screen with the following message:
kernel_data_inpage_error STOP 0x0000007A (0xc07BA588, 0xc000000E, 0xF74B1302, 0x35EA6860) citapi.sys-address F7b1302 base at F74a0000 datastamp 4802539d.
At times the blue screen came on without using Windows media player. At that time, AVG and Ad-aware did not detect any problem, and other than the computer being generally slow, I did not have any other trouble.

Latest update:
I tried uninstalling AVG after installing avast. AVG is unable to be uninstalled error code 0xC0070643, general internal error, driver installation failed 0x00000000, MSI action failed. Avast found and supposedly "moved to the vault" several files and suggested a scan before windows rebooted. The infected files found during the reboot were unable to be healed, moved, or deleted, but they are rescue files from when I uninstalled AVG PC TuneUp, and avast says the installer archive is corrupted for these files. At this point in time, my computer is unable to acquire an IP address and cannot access my wireless home network, which I think may also be related to the virus. So I am trying to solve this problem using my desktop. I installed TDSSKILLER using my USB drive and it found no infections. I just ran avast again and it found some of the same infected files it "fixed" earlier. I opted to delete them this time and run the reboot scan again, it still shows the PC TuneUp files and still won't allow me to do anything with them other than ignore them.
