0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER
(Click to consult the online Win XP Resource Kit article.)
A kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations. Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this.

Have you updated a driver or installed any new software just prior to this issue starting?

NETw5s64.sys is your culprit.
It looks to be your wireless network card is the problem child.
Go HERE and scroll down to the Wireless Lan section.
In that section try the 3rd driver down marked as Intel Version:12.4.1.11 Size 4.9 MB Date 05/19/2010

Let me know if that resolves the issue then.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 5 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
If so can you explain how it was resolved so others may be able to fix it if they have the same issue.
If not please let us know and we can continue with helping you to resolve the issue.
