i have been having problems for a while now with crashes and finally decided to try to find some help. it always comes up with bad pool caller and the error c2. Every time i try to attach the dmp file it says You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file. any idea how i can upload it or any idea whats causing the blue screens?

i just downloaded bluescreen view. the files that it highlights as problems are

A kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations. Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this.

Have you updated a driver or installed any new software just prior to this issue starting?

this has been going on for a long time now. honestly i think i might have tried to update a driver before and downloaded the wrong one or something is there any way to tell if i did. my laptop is a gateway nv78.

NETw5s64.sys is your culprit.
It looks to be your wireless network card is the problem child.
Go HERE and scroll down to the Wireless Lan section.
In that section try the 3rd driver down marked as Intel Version:12.4.1.11 Size 4.9 MB Date 05/19/2010

Let me know if that resolves the issue then.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
