Eee pc 1201k wireless trouble

Hi there!

I got a trouble with my Eee pc 1201k with WinXP onboard. Somehow it doesnt see any wireless networks around, but they were seen several days ago! I can see them on my macbook, so it's a trouble with eee pc. I reinstalled WinXP with the latest May updates, onstalled lastest wlan drivers and it doesn't help. When I try to uninstall driver or to update it i get next (taken from blue screen wiever):
