My computer Icon is there, but gives error

So, I know that everyone keeps saying that their my computer icon being missing on the desktop, mine is there, but looks like this Posted Image (yes, Im portuguese, so my computer is O meu computador)and on the menu bar looks like a normal folder -> Posted Image and my recycle bin does the same for no reason at all. can you help me?
