Toshiba Satellite Help

i have a program that came with my Toshiba Satellite A70-AB2 laptop called toshiba Configfree. when it loads successfully on the start-up, i get 3 icons in the bottom right portion of my screen. but almost 90% of the time when my computer loads windows, i get three messages that are :

CFSServ
Create socket WSAENETDOWN: A socket operation encountered a dead network.

CFSServ
Listen Error

CFSServ
Recv Socket INIt connect Error

when i get these messages, only two of the icons load. its very weird and very annoying. any help would be appreciated
