Hello, I removed "XP Recovery" (pop ups anyway) with Rkill and Malwarebytes. My desktop icons have dissapeared as well as files in "my documents", programs in start menu and some other problems. I did download OTL but could not get it to run so I tried every alternate (OLT) download on this site with the same results. I did run Micro Hijackthis from this site. Can anyone work with this or point me in a different direction? Thanks for your consideration.
