I'm having difficulty with pop-ups, the first time in two years on this computer. This has to go to be something I go through an email in my school's system.

I've tried following the instructions from other threads, but past a certain point it gets too specific to their computer with files I don't have. I've already tried a lot of different virus scans, including AdAware, SpyDoctor, the Shredder, etc, but it's clear there are things I need to get rid of manually and I'm not sure which those are.

So, any help with this would be appreciated!
