3504can: I was wondering whats the Error message that you're getting?

Because tracert-resolver didn't work for me either. It didn't even show the numbers and threw the 403 Error message back at me

Im just as frustrated as you folks since Ive havn't been getting access to the site for a month now And bascailly done a complete run through of what logan312 said Before I came here and then what Nippypins suggested.

hi there !

seems a lot of people r having the same problem and
unfortunately i am no different .

I am unable to connect to the site "www.pagalguy.com"
have tried everthing mentioned above but failed each time .
So if anybody cud help me to get over this ill be thankful and
moreover there was a mention to accessing through proxy can
anyone tell how ?

i'm getting connection time outs from lots of different websites. for example, with mozilla firefox:

"The connection timed out when attempting to contact to www.popphoto.com"

it's not an error page per se, but it's a little error window that you have to click "ok" to make it go away.

After a month of NO access to the site, its running AGAIN, on its own!

Waiting it out IS the best solution.

Oh, and my error message was different I had a HTTP Error 403 message.

waiting it out isn't a solution if you ask me. i'm paying for internet service so i can surf the web. if it won't work, why bother? plus, these websites haven't been working for months, and i can think of at least one that my wife needed for school that we never once got a connection to through her last two YEARS of college. i'm having problems with a lot of websites. luckily none are vital and they're mostly just hobby/shopping sites.

i can't connect to any of these sites:

www.news-journalonline.com/

there are more, but i won't list em all. as i said, none are vital yet. i will be firing my current DSL service provider (bellsouth) in about a month because i'll be moving. i bet they'll work when i change over to a different ISP, but i'd like to figure out what the problem is beforehand if possible.

Below are the instructions from Microsoft on how to configure IE to use a proxy. Also is a link to find public proxies, it would be advised to use one in the US and not to use proxie to transfer sensitive information.

1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, and then click LAN Settings.
2. Under Proxy server, click to select the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.
3. In the Address box, type the IP address of the proxy server.
4. In the Port box, type the port number that is used by the proxy server for client connections (by default, 8080).
