XP Recovery malwarwe residule

Goodmorning Geek Gods,

I had "XP Recovery" malware on my desktop and did open it. It is because of your awsome site that I am posting now. I ran rkill then Malwarebytes and Unhide. Unfortunitly, I can not get OTL to open. My printer was giving an error so I reinstalled the driver. I am still getting the errors and can not print. I suspect that XP Recovery" is still effecting my computer.I would be eternaly greatful if someone could work with me to investigate my printer problem and perhaps check and clean any residules left by "XP Recovery" malware. Sorry I do not have a log to post as OTL will not run. I am currenly unemployed and can not afford to make a donation. However I will make one when I get back on my feet.

Was speaking with a tech in chat. We tried DDS. It did not seem to work
