A friend of mines computer has a bunch of malware and im working on getting rid of it. I am new to comprehensive malware removal but ive been using computers for years and understand basic to intermediate computing. My question is, after I get all this malware off his machine, should I delete his system restore points and make a new restore point? His computer is basically in-operable at this point. Im running Vipre Rescue right now in safe mode and it seems to be doing the trick.
