Hello,
I am new here and this is my first post. I am running MS Remote Desktop Connection on one machine trying to connect to another machine with XP SP3 on it. I can remote in just fine as long as I have logged into the XP machine locally first. If I reboot I will not be able to log in using Remote Desktop until I log in locally. Then once I log in locally I can log on and off no problem, but if I reboot I have to physically walk to the machine and log in locally. I would love some assistance with this issue.

Thanks,
Bruce

Why don't you make it log on automatically? Start > Run > control userpasswords2. Uncheck users must enter a user name and password...

Thanks for the reply. I have two profiles on this computer. One is for my child and I have the admin account. I cant let her have admin rights on the machine.
