Tracking Cookies after Norton blocked Blackhole Toolkit website 7

Hi everyone,

Norton said it had blocked a Blackhole Toolkit Website 7 attempt, but every time I run a Norton scan, it pick's up tracking cookies. Any ideas what I should do, please?
