Hello geeks last week I fixed a friends computer he had built a while back.
He had 2 computer but he said one of them the motherboard was not working.

He let me have it so I can keep the parts: PSU, CPU, Motherboard

Is there a way or a tool I can purchase that can test out a motherboard?

Those can be helpful, but not conclusive. Probably only the factory can do that.
