Hi guys
I need your help again !!
My daughters PC has gone "T.TS UP" and it tells me that the driver for sound is not installed and therefore she cannot play music etc.
I have been on the net for hours following FREE DOWNLOADS only to find in every case they do a scan, tell me the driver is missing and then offer a package to purchase before they will help.
Is there any honest people out there who can help with a free download.
Many thanks for your help in the past

What does it say in Device Manager? Any errors?

When did the problem start?

Have you scanned for malware?

Those driver (and computer optimization) scanners are very often a scam and irritate me very much. Typically, you get drivers from the computer maker's website. If custom built, you get drivers from the motherboard maker's website, or sound card maker's site if an add-in card.

Beyond that, we would need to know specifics of your computer and OS.
