A few things:
  • What operating system are you planning on using? 1 GB if RAM is pretty slim if this is a Windows 7 build.
  • That Sempron CPU won't give you much juice. I'm assuming the GPU's are going to be used for the Folding@Home work?
  • Airflow with the video cards is important, maybe look at getting a full-sized tower to support better airflow.
