Blue screen displaying different error codes

Hi all, 2 days running I've experienced a blue screen on my netbook and thought I would ask here for advice.
I have an acer aspire 1 xp. As its a netbook it doesn't have a great deal on it and nothing, either hardware or software, has been installed recently.
Just while having google chrome and word open the computer has crashed 2 days running.
The first code was as follows...

This netbook has a built in restore facility which I am happy to do if its a software problem but I fear it may be hardware so I thought I would ask for some advice here.
