wireless internet wont work please help!

i cant connect to my internet (wireless) with my labtop, its a dell latitude d600, i am using windows XP, plzzzz help!!! i have a wireless router i believe its called netdisk. i have another computer in the house and the internet works fine, im open the comand prompt an put ipconfig/all an came up with this

Hello ohhromeo

I would first like you to do this

  • Goto Start - All Programs - Accessories - notepad
  • Copy the code in the quote box below and save as ipreset.bat
  • Right click the file and select Run as administrator (Windows Vista and Windows 7 only) just double click for Windows XP

@echo off

ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
netsh firewall reset
shutdown -r -t 0


Please note your computer will automatically restart after running this file

After you have done that and your problem is still there please goto the Dell website and download and install all networking drivers. If this fails you may need to reset your modem . If a reset button is presant hold this in for a few seconds and then release.
