Hello I went to a web site to get a phone number and then the message "a fatal error in IE has occured 00010E36. Error was casued by TR

Is also says Security and I have a Blue Destop

I have a windows 95 Toshiba Computer. Should I follow the directions that I was just reading for the Windows 98 solution?
