Computer Running VERY slow

My computer is running way slower than normal. I installed Norton (the paid version), and its not finding anything.

Any ideas?

Hello Jeremy_McMurray and welcome to Geeks To Go.

Your computer can become slow for many reasons, one of which can be malware so I would like you to get a quick check for malware over at our malware removal forum. I reccomend that you read the following topic here and then post your problem here.

Please post your problem there where our experts will be more than happy to assist you :) If your problem is still presant after the removal of any malware please return to this topic. Here is my own opinion and I am unable to give removal advice but to be honest I wouldn't touch Norton with a 10 foot pole.

was it faster before you installed Norton...norton is a huge resource hog and it can bog down your system all by itself

I think yo have to upgrade your RAM to get good speed becasue this malware removal program takes more memories as compared to others.
