Zhone 4 Port Router, Internet on /off

I have a zhone 4 port router. The PWR,DSL, and local area connection is fine but just about every 5 minutes the ACT (data information) will blink off and i wont have internet for about a hour. When the hour is up i can get on for another 5 minutes and it shuts down. It's a brand new box i recently recieved from the local internet company. Any suggestions?? I'm currently using a ibookG4 and it is up to date on software.

Hello Doomdadeath,

During this 'outage', are you able to connect to your router's setup page?

It sounds a lot like you are loosing the physical connection to your ISP. If this is the case you should contact your ISP about an intermitted line failure.
